Use the size guide on the product page, and measure a jacket you already wear so you have something to check it against. Every style is made in XS to 3XL. If you are between sizes, or a stock size has never fit you right, send your own measurements and the jacket is made to those.

Made to measure is free. You enter eight measurements on the product page, just above Add to cart: chest, natural waist, lower waist, hips, height, weight, shoulder and sleeves, or you can email them to info@theleathermaker.com after you order. A jacket made to your own measurements cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Yes, on everything except two jackets. Sheepskin, lambskin, cowhide, goatskin suede and shearling all run through the catalogue, and the hide depends on the style. The two exceptions are a racing-stripe jacket and a bubble-hem bomber, which are faux leather and are not sold as anything else.

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Email info@theleathermaker.com with your order number, and keep the jacket unworn, with its original tags attached and its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you unless the jacket is damaged or faulty, and the refund goes back to your card. Made-to-measure jackets are the one exception, and they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

We ship worldwide, including every US state and territory. Shipping is free on every order, whatever the order value and wherever it is going. We sell online only, so there is nowhere to collect an order in person, and every jacket goes to the address you give at checkout.

You may pay import duties, but we do not collect sales tax. Where a country charges import duties or local taxes, the customer pays them, and we cannot tell you in advance what your country will ask for. Shipping is free worldwide, so the price at checkout is the price you pay us.

Keep it dry, keep it away from direct heat, and hang it on a wide hanger so the shoulders hold their shape. Wipe marks off with a dry or barely damp cloth and let the jacket dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash it or send it to a dry cleaner.

Email info@theleathermaker.com and we will send you a copy. Include the order number, or the name and email address you used at checkout, and we can find the order either way. The same address is the one to use for returns and for sending in your measurements.
