How a custom made jacket gets made

  1. Pick the style and the color you want from any collection on the site.
  2. Choose Made to Measure and fill in the eight measurements. You can also email them after you order if you need to be measured first.
  3. The pattern is cut to your numbers, then the jacket is stitched by hand. Five to seven days.
  4. It ships free by DHL, FedEx or SkyNet, usually six to seven days in transit, so eleven to fourteen days from order to door.

A standard size can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with its tags on and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the jacket arrived damaged or faulty.
