Returns
- Returns, exchanges and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. Email info@theleathermaker.com with your order number to start one.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- The jacket must be unworn, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the jacket arrived damaged or faulty.
- Made-to-measure and personalized jackets can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Care Details
Light brown lambskin shows water marks, so blot spills with a soft, dry cloth straight away. Keep it away from direct heat, condition it once a year and hang it on a wide hanger. It can't go in the washing machine.
Size & Fit
Cropped to the waist and roomy through the body, with space for a sweater underneath. Take your usual size for the shape in the photos. If you're between sizes, take the smaller one, since the cut is already generous. A women’s brown leather puffer jacket in soft lambskin, quilted in broad horizontal channels. The cuffs and hem are gathered on elastic, so the body and sleeves stay full while the edges sit close. The shade is a soft light brown, nearer to taupe than to chocolate.
The collar stands up and closes with a snap tab across the throat. Down the front, the zip sits under a placket that snaps shut, which helps keep the wind out. The shoulders are dropped and the sleeves are wide. It stops at the waist, so as a cropped leather jacket it goes well with high-waisted jeans and pants. The leather
Lambskin is thin and very soft, with a smooth surface and a gentle shine. On a puffer that means the padded channels round out evenly instead of looking stiff, and the jacket drapes well from the first wear. Being so soft, it marks a little more easily than cowhide, so it’s worth a bit of care.
