How to measure a jacket you already own
- Chest, flat: zip the jacket, lay it flat, and measure straight across from armpit to armpit.
- Shoulder: measure across the back, from one shoulder seam to the other.
- Sleeve length: measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff.
- Waist, flat: with the jacket zipped and flat, measure straight across at the narrowest point between the armpit and the hem.
- Back length: measure from the base of the collar down to the hem.

A sheepskin leather jacket with a light touch
The surface is a soft, lightly pebbled grain with a low sheen, and you can see the grain clearly in the photos. Thin sheepskin does not drag on your shoulders over a long day, and it asks for little breaking in. Over time the grain loosens up. Details of the women's lightweight sheepskin jacket
Rows of channel stitching cross the tops of the shoulders and carry onto the back. Two horizontal zipped pockets sit low on the front, just above a flat hem band, and one more pocket is inside. Long panel seams run down the front and the back and pull the body in at the waist, so the jacket follows your shape. The cuffs are plain, with no zippers or snaps. Compare the cut with other women's cafe racer jackets if the stand collar appeals to you.
Fit and sizing
Slim through the body and sleeves, and it ends at the hip. Your usual size lets you wear a T-shirt or a blouse underneath and still close the zipper. For a sweater layer, or if you land between sizes, ask for a free made to measure fit rather than going up blind.

Returns
