How to measure a jacket you already own
- Chest, flat: zip the jacket, lay it flat, and measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other.
- Shoulders: measure across the back, from the top of one shoulder seam to the top of the other.
- Sleeve Length: measure from the shoulder seam, along the outside of the sleeve, to the end of the cuff.
- Waist, flat: keep the jacket zipped and flat, and measure straight across at the narrowest point below the chest.
- Back Length: measure down the back, from the base of the collar to the hem.

Description
The hood on this men's shearling bomber jacket is trimmed with raccoon fur, and it comes off when you would rather wear the plain collar. Underneath is the B-3 pattern in dark brown sheepskin, with cream wool on the inside that turns out at the collar, cuffs and hem.
Dark brown sheepskin, cream wool inside
The shell is shearling with the grain side facing out, a pebbly, slightly uneven surface in a deep brown. The cream wool is part of the hide, so the warmth comes from the sheepskin itself. This leather and shearling bomber jacket shows that wool in thick rolls at each cuff and all the way around the hem. It is a hooded take on the men's shearling jacket, and the hood is the part you can leave at home.
Hood, collar and straps on the men's shearling bomber jacket
The wide collar closes with a two-strap throat latch, both straps dark leather with buckles. Take the hood off and the collar opens at an angle across the chest, with a single strap and three brass eyelets on the left. The hood attaches behind it with its own zipper. A brass-tone YKK zipper runs down the front, and two slanted hand pockets sit low on each side, with two more pockets inside. Buckle straps at the sides of the hem pull the waist in, and on the back the panel seams cross in a plus shape. Hood up, this B-3 bomber jacket also belongs with the men's hooded leather jackets.

Fit and how to wear it
This one runs roomy, since the shearling is thick and the cut has to go over layers. Order your usual size if a sweater is going underneath, and take the larger size when you sit between two. The side straps pull in any slack at the waist. If your numbers fall outside the size guide, send them for a free made to measure cut.

Returns
