How to measure a jacket you already own
- Chest, flat: zip the jacket, lay it flat, and measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other.
- Shoulders: measure across the back, from the top of one shoulder seam to the top of the other.
- Sleeve Length: measure from the shoulder seam, along the outside of the sleeve, to the end of the cuff.
- Waist, flat: keep the jacket zipped and flat, and measure straight across at the narrowest point below the chest.
- Back Length: measure down the back, from the base of the collar to the hem.

Description
Nothing on the KRISTIAN is a contrast color. Even the curly shearling at the collar, cuffs and hem is black, which makes this men's black sheepskin jacket look quiet from across a room and dense up close.
A crackled finish and dense black wool
The sheepskin has a fine crackled grain with a soft sheen, and it shows light scuffs less than a smooth hide would. Black shearling lines it, so the inside matches the outside and nothing flashes pale when the jacket is open. On cold days it works as a black shearling leather jacket without the bulk of a padded parka. It is the plainest piece among our men's shearling jackets, and that is the appeal.
Details on the men's black sheepskin jacket
This is a shearling jacket with spread collar that you can wear two ways. The wide collar lies open across the chest or turns up around the ears, and a tab holds it closed. Down the front runs a two-way silver YKK zipper, edged with a strip of smooth leather. Two large flap pockets sit low on the body. The shoulders drop, with leather strips along the seams, and the sleeves are articulated, which helps when you reach forward or drive. Each cuff has its own zipper, with shearling trim.
Sizing and how to wear it
This one is cut relaxed and ends at the hip, so it layers over a thick knit and still moves. It looks good with black pants, as the photos show. If the size chart leaves you between two sizes, ask for a free made to measure cut.

Returns
