- Each jacket is made to order. It takes 5–7 days to make and check, then 6–7 days in transit with DHL, FedEx or SkyNet. Most orders arrive within 11–14 days.
- You'll get tracking details once your order ships.
- Import duties or local taxes, where a country charges them, are paid by the customer.
Returns
- Returns, exchanges and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. Email info@theleathermaker.com with your order number to start one.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- The jacket must be unworn, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the jacket arrived damaged or faulty.
- Made-to-measure and personalized jackets can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Care Details
Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally, out of direct sun, which can fade strong colors like red and green over time. Give it leather conditioner twice a year and keep it on a wide hanger, out of the washing machine.
Size & Fit
Close through the chest and shoulders, with sleeves that sit neatly at the wrist when the cuffs are zipped. Take your usual size over a T-shirt or a shirt. Between sizes, take the larger one. If two sizes look close, made to measure is free: send your own chest and sleeve, as we do with custom made leather jackets. Measurements for each size are in the size guide.
This men’s red leather biker jacket is cut in the cafe racer style, with a low stand collar that closes with a snap tab, a front zip set just off center and padded panels stitched over the shoulders. Red is the color in the photos, but the same jacket comes in black, brown and green, and you choose at checkout.
There’s one zipped pocket on the chest and two slanted zipped pockets below it for your hands. The cuffs zip open, a band finishes the hem, and a single seam runs down the center of the back. As men’s leather biker jackets go, there’s very little hardware on it, so the color is what people see first. Red aside, it’s built like the others in our men’s biker leather jackets.
The leather
The leather has a smooth finish with a light shine, which keeps the red looking clean and even. Like any leather, it softens and creases at the elbows and along the zip with wear. The other colors are made in the same cut, with the same collar, pockets and padded shoulders.
