How to measure a jacket you already own
- Chest, flat: zip the jacket, lay it flat, and measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other.
- Shoulders: measure across the back, from the top of one shoulder seam to the top of the other.
- Sleeve Length: measure from the shoulder seam, along the outside of the sleeve, to the end of the cuff.
- Waist, flat: keep the jacket zipped and flat, and measure straight across at the narrowest point below the chest.
- Back Length: measure down the back, from the base of the collar to the hem.

Description
The Rovan is a men's leather biker jacket in rich brown top-grain sheepskin, cut as a double-rider. Its finish is slightly antiqued, a shade darker along the seams and edges, and the hardware is dark gunmetal rather than bright silver, which keeps a busy front from looking flashy.
There's a lot on the front: an asymmetric zip, lapels and epaulettes that snap down, a slanted zipped chest pocket, three upright zipped pockets at the waist and a snap-flap pocket between them. Ribbed padding runs over the tops of the shoulders, oval ribbed pads cover the elbows, and there's a zip on the right upper arm. The cuffs zip open, and the back is cut in clean panels with a band at the hem. Little else in our men's biker leather jackets has this much going on.
The leather
Top-grain sheepskin is the outer layer of the hide, lightly buffed and finished for an even surface. It's lighter than cowhide and soft from new, so the padded shoulders and elbows move with you. The antiqued brown lightens a little where the leather creases, mostly at the elbows and along the zip.

Trim through the chest and body, with the shoulders cut close. Take your usual size for a T-shirt or a shirt underneath. Go up one if you're between sizes or like a hoodie under your jacket. Care
Wipe the leather with a barely damp cloth and dry it away from heaters and strong sun. Feed it with a leather conditioner once or twice a year, working it into the ribbed panels too. Keep it on a broad hanger. No machine washing.

- Import duties or local taxes, where a country charges them, are paid by the customer.
Returns
- Returns, exchanges and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. Email info@theleathermaker.com with your order number to start one.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- The jacket must be unworn, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the jacket arrived damaged or faulty.
- Made-to-measure and personalized jackets can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
