How to measure a jacket you already own
- Chest, flat: zip the jacket, lay it flat, and measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other.
- Shoulders: measure across the back, from the top of one shoulder seam to the top of the other.
- Sleeve Length: measure from the shoulder seam, along the outside of the sleeve, to the end of the cuff.
- Waist, flat: keep the jacket zipped and flat, and measure straight across at the narrowest point below the chest.
- Back Length: measure down the back, from the base of the collar to the hem.

Start with the collar. On this men's brown cafe racer leather jacket it is a low stand that closes with a two-snap tab, and the rest of the jacket stays just as plain. The leather is a warm mid-brown with a smooth, glossy surface, a brown leather jacket for men that skips every extra.
Smooth brown leather, nothing added for show
The shade moves a little from panel to panel, as real hide does, so yours will not match the photo exactly. There are no stripes, studs or quilting to compete with it. Pockets, cuffs and back seams
Two zipped pockets sit across the chest, and two upright pockets lower down take your hands. Each cuff has its own zipper, so a sleeve opens over a watch or pushes up the forearm without a fight. Turn around and a yoke seam crosses the shoulders, with two long seams dropping to the hem. Those lines give the back its shape. Returns
- Returns, exchanges and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. Email info@theleathermaker.com with your order number to start one.
